Signs, wonders and miracles should be a daily part of our Christian life. One thing I have noticed in my travels to different churches, ministries and Christian events is that most people believe that God can do miracles, but many do not stretch out their faith to see such miracles. I believe that God wants to do more miracles than what we are seeing, but we do not do our part. Our part is to pray, believing that God will do it.
For the past few years, we have made it our aim that in every service we would make room for God to do miracles. In the same way, that after every service we give people the opportunity to receive Jesus in their hearts, we also call to pray for the sick. We ask God for words of knowledge (1 Corinthians 12:8). People respond to having the sickness and very often get healed after prayer.
If you want to see more signs, wonders and miracles operating through your life I encourage you to read on. I give you some very important truths to help you live a life of miracles! Are you ready?
1. Signs should be a part of our daily life
And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs. Amen. Mark 16:20
This verse did not just end with the apostles. God’s Word is written for all eternity. God wants to fulfill this verse in our lives. When we preach the Gospel, we will also see signs following. We should always expect to have signs follow our message.
Signs point us to something. In this case, they point us to Jesus. Signs prove that Jesus is alive, powerful and He is working today. Miracles are not only limited to a church building. God wants to perform miracles wherever we are willing. God wants you to be hungry to see more miracles in your life.
2. Signs followed Jesus so they should follow us.
The former account I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach. Acts 1:1
Jesus did not only teach. This verse shows us that He also did… What did He do? Miracles! Most people agree that when Jesus preached He saw signs following. Some will also agree that the first apostles saw it too. However, for some reason, people seem to have dissention on if signs will follow us. Miracles were not only to follow the evangelists and apostles, but they should also follow every believer.
We also see that Jesus began. He had started a new movement. Miracles were to follow every believer after Him. If you have not experienced God do a miracle through your life you are missing out. Believe God today to do a miracle through you! Jesus did miracles so His disciples should too.
3. We need signs, wonders and miracles.
Then He went down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and was teaching them on the Sabbaths. And they were astonished at His teaching, for His word was with authority. Now in the synagogue there was a man who had a spirit of an unclean demon. And he cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Let us alone! What have we to do with You, Jesus of Nazareth? Did You come to destroy us? I know who You are—the Holy One of God!” But Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be quiet, and come out of him!” And when the demon had thrown him in their midst, it came out of him and did not hurt him. Luke 4:31-35
Have you ever stopped to think about this passage of Scripture? It shows that a demon-possessed man was in the Synagogue. I wonder if he showed up week after week or was he there because He knew Jesus was there? Did this demon-possessed man show up and go unnoticed for so long?
People can come to churches and have many problems, even demonic attacks. Yet they often go unnoticed. People do not feel the conviction by the Gospel message that is preached. We have learned to hide demons well. Only when Jesus appeared was the demon cast out. We must be filled with God’s anointing to cast out devils because they still exist today.
When the anointing comes into a place the demons cannot remain quiet, they become restless and begin to disrupt the meeting. This should happen more often in our meetings. We must see the power of Jesus to set the demon-possessed free!
Conclusion:
Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. John 14:12
Where are the greater works that Jesus promised? We must begin to believe this promise. Jesus desires to do great works through you and me. In other words, He wants to do miracles through you!
We should no longer want to live a life without miracles. Jesus said we would see them. Miracles did not end with the original apostles. If they did, we would not have seen so many throughout the years. God has used many men & women of God to perform miracles. It is now your turn! Go out and lay your hands on the sick! See how God heals them!

God has all given us the measure of Faith but I believe that people don’t see a lot of healings because as Jesus said it’s because of their doubt and unbelief. If we can believe Jesus’ word that he has given us authority over sickness and demons and poverty and and any other name then we will see healings miracles and deliverances. Every born again believer has this authority. Just too much doubt and unbelief.
But the word of Jesus prevails. It is coming. Amen

Yes for sure. Many doubt and therefore do not pray for people. We will see more miracles as we put God’s Word to work. We also must teach others that Jesus has provided healing for everyone.
